I am somewhat of a voracious reader depending on they type of book. This series has surpassed all books that I have read with the exception of the greatest book of all - The Bible. I highly recommend this series of books. It is about life - post rapture, during the tribulation. The comparison to current events/life on our planet is amazing. Now they have come out with a movie. It was released on video and will be released in theatres nationwide in February 2001. This movie is phenomonal. Those of you who haven't accepted Jesus as your personal Savior I strongly recommend seeing the movie. Kirk Cameron of Growing Pains fame plays "Buck WIlliams" and does a first rate job. A WITNESS 4 JESUS This page is dedicated to witness the love that the Lord Jesus Christ has for all of us. It is my hope that all those who come to this site are touched by Him. If anyone comes to this site not knowing the Lord Jesus as their personal Saviour it is my prayer that they will leave knowing Him and of His love for each and everyone of us. Jesus is always there!   This has been quite a year for me. I came close to losing my beloved grandmother a few times. Thanks to the prayers of my family and church she has pulled through. I have been having quite a few headaches. I went to my physician and she gave me medicine for them and scheduled me for a CAT scan. She mentioned that the scan is a precautionary measure and she did not expect anything out of the ordinary to be found. During this time period my wife was diagnosed as being anemic. So she was going through several tests as to why. Praise God no real medical reason as to why other than iron deficient. With in a period of 2 hours after I had the CAT scan and came home my physcian called. A mass was found inside my head looking like it is touching the brain. I was floored. After I got over the shock, I sad to say I questioned God. I asked why He was allowing this to happen to me. My wife remained strong and was claiming healing. I called my mother to tell her the news. Praise God for mom's. She asked who was I to question God. He has a purpose for everything. He can turn something that may have had an evil intent into something good. There could very well be someone that I need to minister to or be a faith witness to. After she said that I realized she was right and a serene calm came over me and stayed with me. Different ones that I worked with said they would not be calm with this. My response people are praying for me and I have faith in the Lord that He is going to take care ofme. If it is my tim then I'm ready if there is still things for me to do here, so be it, I'll do it. My mom and sister flew to TX. My mother has never flown before and this is after the terrorist attacks of 9/11/01. Mama was determined to be here and she and my sister were here. They were in awe of the support I was recieving from my church. The day of the surgery in the waiting room there were about a good 20 of us, as I was called back we joined hands and prayed. As I was being prepped, a chap;ain friend of mine read to me from the Psalms and as I was being wheeled to the operating room the song - Step by Step was going through my mind. "Oh God you are my God! And I will ever praise you!" I survived the surgery and have almost fully recovered. I was able to spend Thanksgiving at home with my family and believe me, my family and I were most thankful. 09/11/01 09/11/01 I believe will be foever etched into our memories. That was quite a day. I also believe God was sending a message to America. It is time we wake up. In my lifetime I do not recall of our nation coming together like it has. As a nation we are prime for revival and we need to get back to the basics of what this great nation was founded upon. We need to embrace God. With President Bush leading this country as a citizen I feel confident that we will get the people who attacked us. In the War with Afghanistan we have seen the Lord work in the release of the Christian Aid workers -Heather Mercer and Dayna Curry. What a miracle that was. As Christians we should be praying for our leaders especially the President as he makes decisions. I'm very thankful that we have a Christian leader in this time of war. Do I believe 9/11 is a sign of the end? I think it is a sign from God for America to get back on track. Jesus is real! Recently my guestbook on this site was signed stating that Jesus is not real and that I am just a follower. Why do I believe in Jesus and what has He done for me. I would like to answer that and it is my hope this person comes back and visits this site again. Jesus is real. I see Him everyday. I see Him in the beauty of His creation. Over the course of my life I have seen many parts of His creation in the landscape. I have senn the beauty of the majestic Colorado Rocky Mountains. As I stood on top of Pikes Peak in Colorado and looked out. I was in awe of the beauty I saw in the landscape and the sky. Jesus is real to me in the way He heals. He has been healed me of the disease of asthma that I contracted 8 years ago. The doctors told me I would be on inhalers and pills the rest of my life. Although I am still on an inhaler I know I am healed because the healing is in His time not mine. Jesus has blessed me with a wonderful wife, son and daughter in law. A wonderful church family. Life in the southern plains. Jesus is very real and yes I am a follower. I was asked what He has done for me. He loved me though I'm  not worthy of it. He gave His life for me so that I may live even though I don't deserve it. He cleansed me of my sins. John 3:16 says it all. The Lord really rocked my world back in 1998. I was living in PA and felt a calling to minister to the young people of this country. I was teaching youth at my church, but I felt the need to go out into the world. Get out of my comfort zone. I answered an ad in CCM magazine. It was a missionary type job with minimal pay,within the USA. I would go into schools and conduct multi-media assemblies. I would not be able to discuss Jesus, unless I was asked by someone. It was a start. I left my secure job and secure life and travelled to CO. I was in training their for 2-3 weeks and met some very wonderful people. One in particular was an 18 yr old young man. We went out in teams of 2. I was paired with a man with some severe mental problems. I wound up leaving within 2 weeks because of the stress. Because of this person, I was near a breakdown. Within days I was back on the road and with my friend the 18 yr. old. We went from school to school all over NJ,NY,MA,NH,RI and CT. The time had come and we were to be seperated. On travelling to Ashtabulah,OH he said I would be a great person for his mom. It had been just he and his mom for his whole life. I thought to myself  - yeah right. At a rest stop in the middle of NY, on the NY State Thruway he introduced me to his mom over the phone as the person she would one day marry. His mom and I were both thinking - yeah right. The young man and I were seperated and I drove back to CT from OH. Things were going downhill for this company and I because of there deception. I wound up leaving the company within days because of not getting paid, vehicles not inspected and unsafe to drive and unavailable expense money. I didn't understand why God led me to do all this. In January my friend's mom and I started talking on the phone. We quickly became the darlings of the phone company. I felt drawn to her and could feel myself falling in love. Memorial Day weekend 1999 I went to Temple TX and visited his mom, the young man and his new wife. Our feelings of love were confirmed. I proposed that week-end and in July I moved to TX and we were married that month. I thought I had God's plan for me figured out. I thought I was going to harvest our youth for Jesus so as the enemy could not take this generation. Marriage and a family was the last thing on my mind. Well in Colorado 1998 when I met this young man, who is now my son, God was rocking my world. The Lord had his reasons for bringing me into this person's, actually his family's life. If we leave ourselves open to Him and let Jesus have his way, He can rock our worlds with blessings abounding. John 3:16-17 For God so loves the world that He gave his only begotten Son. That whosoever believes in Him shall not perish but have everlasting life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world,but that the world through him might be saved. That scripture says it all. Jesus loved us so much that he gave his life for us. With His death He gave us a gift. A gift of salvation and the promise of eternal life with Him. Yeah the road may not be easy. But it is worth it. We keep our eyes on Him and our faith in Him, I guarantee, He will not let you down. He is there for you. He is there for you in every situation, in every corner and aspect of your life. As the song goes - Turn your eyes upon Jesus,look full into His face. My friends do you know Jesus? If you don't and you would like to know Him....pray this prayer.......... Lord Jesus, I am a sinner. I am so sorry for sinning. Please forgive me of my sins. Come into my heart and stay.
